How are Cubita products stored?

Cubita products are shipped frozen and should be stored at 0°F (-18°C) or below to maintain quality and shelf life.

Important:
• The filling is fully cooked
• The dough is raw

Frying Instructions (Recommended)
  1. Preheat fryer oil to 350°F.
  2. Fry empanadas for 3–5 minutes, until the exterior is golden brown and crisp.
  3. Remove from fryer and allow excess oil to drain.
Oven Finish
  1. Transfer empanadas to a preheated oven at 375°F.
  2. Bake for an additional 5–8 minutes to ensure the dough is fully cooked through and the interior is hot.
Holding & Service

• Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
• Empanadas can be held briefly in a warmer at 165°F, but fresh-finished is always best.
